Memphis, TN Tiger Lane is the grand entryway to the Liberty Bowl in Memphis. The property was previously the site of Liberty Land, an amusement park Zellner built in the 70s. After demolition of the old park, Tiger Lane was constructed, a widely-used public space for fans to prepare for football games and entertain/tailgate. The total value of this project equaled $15,000,000 and it had multiple needs from new construction to renovations. Working around the clock, Zellner was successful in their goal of substantial completion in 90 days. The construction included two ticket towers, renovation of existing buildings, new construction of a fountain display, and the following site work: • 42,500 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter • 164,000 sq. ft. of washed concrete sidewalks • 68,000 sq. ft. of regular sidewalk • 34,000 sq. ft. of concrete pavement • 500,000 sq. ft. of sod and associated irrigation systems • 1,607,000 sq. ft. of asphalt pavement • Earthwork, site demolition and storm drainage valued at $1.6 million
